Correctly implementing an ATS has an outsized impact on the effectiveness and success of your recruiting process. Greenhouse is no exception to this rule. As a Greenhouse CSM, I have helped hundreds of companies successfully implement this system in a variety of industries and at a variety of stages and sizes. As a hands-on partner during implementation, I will ensure that your Greenhouse instance is structured to properly reflect your recruiting practices.

Greenhouse is an exceptionally robust ATS, which means it’s a lot of work to leverage its full value. The value of this deep functionality can also vary based on company size, industry, location, and strategy.Often, there is low-hanging fruit that can easily improve  automation, reporting, and day-to-day workflows. Some common examples that I’ve run into are:

  • Integrations (scheduling, take home tests, sourcing, HRIS, and more)

  • Setting up effective prospecting pools for the CRM and events app

  • Assigning scorecard attributes

  • Building out templated interview workflows (stages, interview kits, assigned scorecard attributes) to ensure structured hiring.
